Training IRL
Training Courses
In Real Life (IRL) training can take various forms, such as practical training sessions onboard a ship or at a power plant. In this case, IRL training provides a practical, convenient, and effective way to train personnel on equipment operation, inspection, and maintenance and to address practical questions Likewise, more traditional classroom training represents another IRL training opportunity and is mainly recommended for basic, more theory-focused courses. At Soteco International, we have developed short educational video clips showcasing specific maintenance interventions for separators and filters.
