Soteco production facility is equipped to produce the necessary spare parts and components according to demand and with stocks for fast delivery from warehouses in key locations. The wide scope of supply from spares parts, service kits, major parts, automation, system components such as valves, gauges, sensors are all available and applicable to the following brands: Alfa Laval, GEA, Westfalia, MKK Mitsubishi. Other services include reconditioning of separator bowls, complete separators, repairs, bowl balancing and testing. Stocks of separator bowls and reconditioned units allow for quick turnarounds and less downtime.

New brazed heat exchangers are also available for quick delivery to install directly replacing existing models used for oil pre-heating applications. Other services includes full reconditioning of complete heat exchangers, which means cleaning, debonding of gaskets, NDT of plates, regasketing and testing. Cleaning and regasketing plates allow quicker turnarounds.
Fresh Water Distillers (Generators) are popularly designed as plate type. The older Nirex models and the newer Aqua plate heat exchanger type are fully supported for spare parts from our warehouses in Italy & Singapore.
